By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
OpenTrainFlow is a fitness tracking platform that allows users to log workouts, build training plans, track progress, and analyse performance data. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes applied by Paddle at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

You retain ownership of all workout data, health metrics, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell Your Data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by OpenTrainFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OpenTrainFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OpenTrainFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenTrainFlow and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenTrainFlow is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
